I am using safari/ bing search engine, text size is set at 115.
but since the recent update 13.4.1 I find that the text size
is changing on its own to 175. And I have to reduce the
size back to 115 so the web Page fits on the screen.

Apple chat support corrected the issue I had.
told me to go into settings>Safari >settings for websites.
Then click on page zoom. It was set at 175.
i changed it to 100 and every thing is ok.
