forgot Apple ID password

I recently reset my iPhone and changed iCloud ID because I did not remember my Apple ID password so I also reset my Apple Watch so they can be connected but I don't not remember my old Apple ID password

If you can't remember the old apple id then the watch is of no use to you,the watch is activation locked which can only be removed with the apple id that you can't remember.
