Cannot activate the free TV with my iphone.

I got a new iphone 11 and in Settings it asks me if I want Apple TV for the year. I press yes, to accept, but then when I go to the TV app it’s only offering the standard one month free? Can anyone help?

Verify that you have signed in to the TV app with the same Apple ID account as first used on that iPhone.

Verify that you claimed the offer within three months of activating the device.


If you look closely, you will find that the standard trial period for Apple TV+ is 7 days, not a month.


If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
