Hello,
Whatsapp video and audio calls incoming and out going calls are not working. It says call failed as soon as try to make any call. I have tried all the solution provided by apple support. I have also restored the phone as new and than installed whatsapp and made a call, still the problem persist.
I am using iphone 7 and ios version is 13.4.1
Please suggest what should i do?

Well, that makes a difference. You never indicated that you were having difficulties with other calls. If you cannot make any calls, then you need to contact your carrier is there is an all call problem.
Well i can make phone call using my number. but any phone call using internet is not working. I suspect this problem is due to upgrade to ios 13.4.1 . Lot of other people are also facing the same problem with the upgrade. How ever i have tried using another sim for different network provider and problem persist. so i am pretty sure problem is due to upgrade of ios. and also problem has started since i have upgraded my phone 5 days back.
Ask the third party developer for help.

I see even facetime calls are not working in my phone. so looks like any call on network seems to be affected and not happening
