Copy photos to personal folders Years/Months Wise - MacBook Pro/macOS Catalina Latest

macOS Catalina version : 10.15.4

iPhone iOS version : 13.4.1

Using iCloud Subscription and store photos on iCloud Photos synced between devices!

  • Generally use to copy personal photos shot on iPhone to personally created folders within MacBook Years and month wise.
  • Now can view the iPhone photos after importing on MacBook being stored in Picture->Photos Library-> (have to open as 'Show Package Contents') -> originals -> and some numbers and alphabets (0, 1, 2.. A, B, C...) folders - theses are original photos (size and quality) taken on iPhone and stored/sorted on MacBook.

If one tries to copy photos from Photo App to personal folder - Quality is drastically reduced and not the original quality/size of the photo stored as given in the above folders is copied.

Need to copy original Photos to my personal folders say 2018, 2019, 2020....and month wise within each folder on MacBook.

How can this be done?

Can't go through the folder structure created by 'Photos Library.photoslibrary' -> look for original photos and then copy to personal folders for back it up.

Just select them in Photos and Export the originals into your duplicative storage structure.
