Sync music between IMac and IPhone

When I try to sync it tell me that i must turn off Cloud Music Library. How do I do this?

See the "On your PC with iTunes for Windows" section in:

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support

However, instead of turning it on, turn it off instead. BUT you may not want to duo this if you have an Apple Music subscription. See the "Need help?" in the link above.
