I’m looking to buy a MacBook Pro and would like to upgrade the memory. Do I need to upgrade the memory now, or is it something I can upgrade at a later time?

RAM can not be changed on retina models.
Sorry, the RAM is not upgradable on that model.
What about 2019 models? Or do they count as 'newer' models.
2019 models can not have the RAM upgraded.
