Apple does not keep past full installers for older versions of Pages, and unless your MacBook Air is a 2012 or later model, it cannot upgrade to Mojave or Catalina which are the prerequisites for obtaining Pages 10 from the Mac App Store. Your other alternative is to sign into iCloud via your browser and use Pages there.

If you are just reviewing work on the MacBook Air, export your Pages content on the other Macs to PDF.
