My iPad keep crashing and rebooting after a about a couple of minutes use.

A couple of days ago my iPad Air 2 crashed and rebooted and since then won’t work properly, it’s crashing after only a few minute and rebooting. Yesterday I shut it down and left off for a few hours and was ok for quite a bit, then it started it again last night. Have tried hard reset, updated all the apps, updated iOS to 13.4.1, and now trying iTunes, even crashing when plugged into power or pc (iTunes). Replaced battery only a couple of months ago as thought it was problem then, but it seems a different problem as constant.

Any other ideas?
