My iPad has he older folding at acted as a cover. After an update some time ago I started getting notices saying “accessory not supported”, and the keyboard only works sporadically. Also I have a Bose speaker which uses he lightning connector. It used to connect, but now I get the same error and it will not play. Any ideas as to what I can do?

I am running 13.3.1. The annoying part is even when the cover is only attached magnetically but folded back I get the error message which freezes the pad until I acknowledge the error. I don’t use the keyboard as a cover any more and almost can’t use it as a key/.board because it is so erratic.
