I have changed my email address(left job) and am trying to change AppleID to my new email address.

How do I change my current Apple ID email to a new Apple ID email that I have access to?

See the instructions in -> Change your Apple ID - Apple Support. But pay particular attention to the section on what to do before you change that primary login email address.
