iPad messages
Only messages from my contact list appear on my iPad. Not so on my iPhone. What’s up ?

Are these iMessages or regular SMS? If they are SMS, you need to configure Text Message Forwarding on the iPhone, and select your iPad as one of the devices. You also need to check and see what you have checked in Send & Receive. Do you have both your phone number and Apple ID?
