Inability to load iTune card in Lagos,Nigeria.

I can’t load credit on the iTune card bought in the USA in Lagos and my iCloud service is about to be suspended now. I’m in Nigeria at the moment. Thanks.

I believe you have to use the gift card in the country it was bought
