Apple ID

I cannot reset my security questions that I fogot, when logging in it say " we don't have sufficient information about you", please help with this problem

This is a user to user forum: you are not talking to Apple here and we don't have access to your account. I can only refer you to Apple's Help page, which probably you've already seen:


If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support


This page doesn't suggest that you can proceed if you can't provide sufficient identification, but you could try Support: https://getsupport.apple.com
