Unable to load content

I continue to get error “unable to load content” using the Apple TV app for iPhone 11. Restarting the app and the iPhone does not help. Any suggest will be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an error when you try to stream content in the TV app on your iPhone. I suggest checking out this article to Delete music, movies, and TV shows from your device and delete the content you're trying to view, then follow these steps to Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books and download the content from the iTunes Store again to see if you still see the issue.


I also suggest checking out this article to Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and be sure you're running the latest iOS software version available on your iPhone.

i have done everything that was suggested above (thanks for the advice) and I still get the error. I’m just happy that I have the free trial because I would be very unhappy with this app if I was having to pay to use it. Also on a different subject all together, I have had more problems with this iPhone 11 then I have had with any previous model. It’s a shame.
