iTunes out of whack!

Suddenly iTunes does not recognize my ipod classic. It is showing a picture of and syncing with my iphone intstead. Which is NOT connected to my Mac. Only my ipod is connected. Safari 13.1, Mac High Sierra, iTunes 12.8.2.3

When I attempted to send feedback to iTunes my iphone 11 is not even listed where they ask for devices.

Thank you! Signing out and back in again did fix the problem. iTunes now recognizes my iPod classic. However now I get an error popping up telling me it could not copy one of my Purchased songs because this particular iPod cannot play that song. But that song has already been on my iPod and plays just fine. Any idea what’s going on with this?
