MacBook Pro unable to connect to iPad "Sidecar"

Hello,


I am using MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016), macOS Catalina 10.15.4, and iPad Pro 2018 (11-inch), 13.4.1

and I am trying to mirror the MacBook screen to the iPad but the message below keeps popping;



Bluetooth is on, connected to the same Wi-Fi and the same Apple ID.

I tried restarting Bothe devices but still not working.

Here are a few things you didn’t mention:

  • Do both devices use two-factor authentication?
  • Do both have Handoff turned on?
  • Are both within 30 feet (10 meters) of each other?
