i having the same **** problem. I pretty sure is apple problem.

apple support don give **** like copy paste from the pass questions

i tried fking

restart , force restart

logout and re-login my apple id.

dont tell me to do a reset on my phone. Not worth the hassle.

APPLE GIVE ME SOMETHING USEFULL. NOT COPY PASTE ANSWER

Same error on phone and in iTunes, and I don't know how to verify on website.
