On Wednesday I had to perform a Gmail App update on my iPhone 11 (OS up to date) and after it doesn't update email properly (it loaded once later in the day but has not worked properly since that time). It says No Connection even though the connection is fine. I have done all the trouble shooting I can find on this but not luck. Anyone else having this issue or have a solution?

Try deleting the app and downloading it again. You will probably need to add your account again after that. It should clear after that.
