wifi on ipad not working but hotspot from iPhone does work

The WIFI on my iPad is connected but doesn't work.

I tried to connect it to the Hotspot on my phone and it work just fine.

I tried to update and a restart of the iPad. I tried to reset the Network Settings.

Ideas on what else I could try before a Full Restore?

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
