Circle in the center of screen

Ever since i got the latest software update 13.4.1 a grey circle has popped up in the exact center of my screen. It is slightly transparent and looks quite a bit like the accessibility button at a low opaqueness but without the darker grey box around it. What is most concerning about it is that when lock my phone, it is will light up for about 2 seconds and the circle will “load” with a small white circle going around it.

I have looked everywhere on my phone and on the internet and can not figure out how to get rid of it. I hope that it is not a virus or something of that sort. Send help.

Hello Ellawie,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that you're seeing a gray circle in the center of your screen after updating your iPhone to iOS 13.4.1, and you're not sure what it's for. I would be happy to help take a closer look at this with you.

I'd like to start by having you check if AssistiveTouch is enabled:

Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If AssistiveTouch is already off or the icon doesn't disappear when this feature is disabled, I'd like to have you use the Accessibility Shortcut to turn off all Accessibility features next:

About the Accessibility Shortcut for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Keep us posted on the results.

Cheers!
