Screen time passcode

Question

I cannot remember my screen time passcode and there is no option to click saying forgot passcode. Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this?

If your iPhone model can run iOS 13.4 or later, AND if you know the Apple ID that was used to set that Screen Time passcode, follow these instructions:--> If you forgot your Screen Time passcode – Apple Support

I’ve tried that and it doesn’t come up with forgot passcode

Ellen,

as written in my first reply, to remove that passcode, your iPhone MUST run iOS 13.4 or later.

Update your iphone.
