When did it quit working?
It stopped showing up after the last update. iOS 13.3

Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > here.
If you have a 3rd party repaired iPhone, Touch ID will not worked.
Thats the problem. Touch ID and passcode does not show up in my setting.
13.5 is the latest version. Did you have the screen replaced by someone?
I have never had the screen replaced. I currently have the latest version. (13.3 is when I could not find it in my settings.)
