AirPods Pro's won't connect to MacBook Pro 16"

I have the same problem. It connects and disconnects in seconds. It sounds choppy and dissimilar tones. The Airpod fails to connect via bluetooth to the MacBook Pro. With all other devices like Iphone, Ipad connects seamlessly. I have tried all options, even buying ToothFairy, but none worked. Please help with this problem.

The MacBook Pro connects to other devices via Bluetooth without problems. The only problem is that the Airpods cannot be connected.

I forgot to mention that I also tried the command "sudo pkill blued" and finally completely formatting the mac. The problem persists. Any solution?

I have the same.

I tried remove-pair again, MacOS the latest (10.15.6), Airpods Pro firmware version is the latest (2D27), reset bluetooth module, factory reset all connected apple devices, pair with other user, reset PRAM, reinstall MacOS, none of them worked.

Works fine with iPhone and Apple TV.

If they are working with your iPhone and iPad Pro the issue is with your Mac, not with the AirPods. Have you tried a full restart of your MBP and turning BT off and back on?
