Hi There
I am struggling to retrieve videos from the iCloud to put onto my mac so I may clear my iPhone.
Each time I try and retrieve a video it takes around 10 minutes or more to get the video back onto my phone. I would like to get ALL of my videos off my phone and onto my mac. Can anyone offer some advise please?

Enable iCloud Photos on your Mac, then download the photos from the Mac onto the Mac's hard drive or an external hard drive, then turn off iCloud Photos on the Mac and Phone thereafter.
