in it possible to delate a document in pages and have trouble to find it ? I didn't want to delete my document but I did as a mistake, and now can't find this file.

MacBook Pro 13”, macOS 10.15

"Deleting' a file in Finder generally moves that file to the Trash folder. Have you looked there?

You should also find a recent version of the file in Time Machine, assuming you have been using Time Machine to backup your files to an external disk
