On iPad, when reading Mail, msg has a link, I click, and instead of a browser window I get a weird worthless one inch window on the side, I can’t make it larger, can’t make it go away without closing Safari... What the blankety blank is going on?!? Totally bizarre.

Someone pointed to a how-to-use-slide-over video. Weird. I want to turn it off, not use it. I ran the video a couple of times but could never get the audio so I am not sure what they were saying.
