Voice memos
My voice memo is stuck at saving changes after I replaced a portion of my recording
it’s been stuck at saving changes for 14hrs now
it is very important to me and I can’t lose it
what do I do
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
Click on the Voice Recording, and then drag and drop to your Desktop. Click on it to play and determine if all of the recording is intact. If you can do so, backspace on the selected voice recording. This will place it in a recently deleted category — where it has not been deleted, and can be recovered.
Force quit Voice Recording, reboot your Mac, and use the shift key on the next launch of Voice Recording. Recover the recording from the Recently Deleted area, or select it and use Delete from the Edit menu. Avoid Erase All in the Recently Deleted area as it will effect all of your recordings.
