How can I edit text within a text box?

I had a graphic designer create a menu for me using pages. I would like to edit some of the text, however he created text boxes. How can I edit within these boxes?

Click once on the Text box, and then visit the Arrange panel to see if the Text box is a member of a Group, or Locked. If so ungroup or unlock. Then, for the particular Text box, click once again to get your insertion beam within the text box, where you can edit the content.
