My iPad won’t let me sign out of the my icloud

Ok when I press the sign out button it says: do you wanna sign out of...

- Store
- iCloud and store
I press iCloud and nothing happens, so I wait a good 30 minutes still nothing. I then repeat this process a couple of times till I give up
Btw this problem is not solved
