Dears, how I can disable my lost iPhone

I have only the serial no. And just used iPhone only for one week then was kept in my office till I lost it

No. There is nothing you can do. Consider reporting the loss to the authorities.

See this, If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support If you did not activate Find My, then you cannot track it. Apple does not block iPhones, but you can contact your cellular carrier to see if they do.

Ask your carrier (call them) to blacklist your device so it can't be used except by you.
