15" MBP Backlight Display | Stage Light issue | Flexgate

I am being asked to pay INR 70,000 for changing the whole display of my laptop, but I didn't do anything wrong because I handled my laptop with love and care. So does anyone know when is the replacement program for the display of the 15" MBP being released for the backlight design flaw, just like the 13"?
