Authorize this computer / Deauthorize old computers no longer existing

• go to the store (1.)
• scroll to the bottom of the page (2.) and click on Account (3.)
• you will be asked to sign into your account
• the page that opens up will look like the one below:

• you will not see a list of authorised computers
• click on Deauthorise All, then authorise the current computer

• To attach a screenshot, save it to your computer
• Click on the Image Insertion icon:

• Navigate to the location on your computer where the image is stored, select the image and click on the Open button. Images can be either jpg or png format. I don't recall the maximum size, sorry.

Try using the menu Account > View My Account... instead. See also Authorization vs. association - Apple Community.
