I want to select all after I’ve searched the email. .
You have a select all when I have not put anything in the search bar, but there is no “select all” after I’ve put in my search criteria in the search bar.

I see that you're having trouble selecting all emails in the mail app's search results on your iPhone. I'll be happy to help out.
Selecting multiple email messages can be done a couple different ways. One way can be found in this section of the iPhone User Guide:
Organize email in Mail on iPhone
"Move or mark multiple emails
- While viewing a list of emails, tap Edit.
- Select the emails you want to move or mark by tapping their checkboxes.
- To select multiple emails quickly, swipe down through the checkboxes.
- Choose the action you want to perform on all the selected emails.
- If you change your mind, immediately swipe left with three fingers to undo."
If you want to select all the email in the list, you can also touch & hold on the top email message with two fingers, then swipe down to select all the messages below it. This gesture takes a little practice, but is a very quick way to select a large number of emails very quickly.
