Open Activity Monitor in Utilities>Energy tab, sort on energy Impact, what are the big users?

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...

Open Activity Monitor in Utilities>Energy tab, sort on Energy Impact, any high listings?
None. all shows low energy impact.
No change even resetting of SMC. please guide further
Please suggest way forward. Battery draining still going on and now laptop also heating up.
