How to share itunes library with a family member who has a different username? I figured out how to share purchased songs from the library. I need to find out how to share all the songs.

Apple don't have a mechanism for sharing non-purchased content between accounts. You can physically share files within your household using a shared network folder or by copying files from one machine to the other with a USB drive.
