As topic mention, two finger scroll don’t always work. For example, if you log into iCloud and go to account settings, you won’t be able to scroll with the trackpad on Magic Keyboard, you need to drag the screen instead. I am quite sure only Apple could fix this, but just in case I’ve missed some settings on my iPad.
