Can’t see reminders with update

I have an iPhone 6 and the latest Mac Air. I linked my reminders. The reminders on my laptop said it could update so I thought why not, but now, since my phone is apparently too old, I can’t see ANY of my reminders on my phone. How do I make it so I can see my reminders on my phone again?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Upgraded reminders aren't compatible with earlier versions of iOS (iOS 13) and macOS (macOS 10.15 Catalina). --> Upgrading the Reminders app in iOS 13 - Apple Support

You can always see your reminders on a Mac or PC by signing into iCloud.com with a compatible web browser.

See your reminders on other devices

After the upgrade, you can view your reminders in these places:

  • The Reminders app on your other Apple devices if they're running iOS 13, iPadOS, macOS 10.15 Catalina, or watchOS 6, and signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID.
  • A web browser on a Windows PC or an Apple device, even if it's running an earlier version of iOS or macOS. Go to Reminders on iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
