Unable to verify account name or password after updating to 10.15.5

This morning my MacBook updated to 10.15.5 and now it is unable to verify the account name or password for my ionos emails despite having the correct password.


Has anyone experienced this and if so, how have you solved it?

And for no reason it started working again. I've no idea why but it's all fine now.
