Hi. My family just purchased 4 iPhone 11’s about 2 weeks ago. We just realized that there is NO headphone jack/port, yet, each phone was sent with a pair of headphones that need a Jack/port in order to use them. Why is that????? How are we supposed to use them?

Your iPhone 11 comes with the following gear in its factory sealed box. The enclosed EarPods plug into the iPhone’s Lightning port (bottom center).
