suddenly my I-Pad is asking for pass-code which i didn't know what was that?
i know my apple id and password.
I also have thumb as finger print.
I bought a I-Pad for my parents at village, now i am very far from them.
Also i never used to apple devices ever nor my parents.
kindly guide ?

If the device passcode has been forgotten, you’ll need to follow this:

You’ll need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS).
You’ll also need your the AppleID and associated password. If these have been forgotten, they can recovered from here:
