2020 SE Wallpaper
Why can’t I change the wallpaper on my new SE? I know live wallpaper doesn’t work on the SE but I can’t save any picture or photo as wallpaper. There is no wallpaper icon on settings. Why is this?

Are you sure that in Settings (after Accessibility option) you don't have "Wallpaper", you might have try a forced restart of your SE, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If the issue still persists, check restrictions on your ScreenTime.
Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Allow changes... everything must be ALLOWED.
