I want to give my son my old device but with restrictions and went to change the settings but cant remember the screen time code. I've tried all my go to pin codes but am at 4 attempts and dont want to lock the device.
Its an iphone 6 running ios 12.4.7

You will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
