Can neither open nor close email

Manually Exit Mail:

[Hold Down: Command + Press: Tab] to get out of Mail. Keep pressing Tab until you get to Finder (the Smileyface).

Then, use Force Quit, as I described above.

You are using the Mail app. Correct? Or are you referring to a particular eMail?

Try This..

• Restart the Mac:

If so, restart the Mac, and see if that fixes this.

• Check Force Quit...:

1. Go To: Apple menu
2. Select: Force Quit...
3. Select: Anything ending with (Not Responding)
4. Click: Force Quit button
5. Select: Finder
6. Click: Relaunch button

• Log in to eMail Site:

If you need to access a particular eMail, log in to your eMail Account
