I’m in need of some help.
I had an IPhone 5s, there are a lot of video’s and pictures of my children growing up on it.
Now is this phone completly locked 😢.
Is there anything I can do to get those pictures and videos back?
I never connected to ITunes, so that’s not an option.
Is everything really lost? I’m so sad about this 😭

Depends on exactly what you mean by “locked?” Did you forget your passcode or AppleID?
