activation lock

I had to reset my iPad pro 11 because I thought my details were compromised, and now I cannot recall the Apple ID/password that I used to setup the iPad. I was trying to do something online but it went into lost mode. I have the original proof of purchase with me, would apple store help me. Please advise.

Use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or supply Apple with the iPad's purchase receipt and ask them to remove the lock.


Having the lock bypassed won't get you back into anything else associated with that Apple ID.
