time machine backups onto a new hard drive

My original TM back up hard drive is broken and I cannot access it at all. I have bought a new Hard Drive. How do I make a complete new TM backup of my Mac?

Open System Settings choose Time Machine click to select disk and add your new disc (of course you must connect new disk before do it), that's all.

If necessary you can remove the old disk from the Time Machine settings.
