Hi all, the battery indicator on my MacBook Pro keeps flashing between the "charging" and "no charging" icons when I have it plugged into my charger. Ultimately, its not charging. USB-C power adapter and cable look fine, and battery status on the laptop says it's "normal." Any recommendations for next steps?

Please confirm if you have Battery Health Management enabled in the Energy Saver setting under System Preferences. It's likely just the new battery management as it says the battery is normal.
