Impossible to know with absolutely no information.


Where are you seeing this charge?

If only an email, make sure its really from Apple: Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If you see the charge in your payment method's monthly statement follow the steps here: If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support


Have you checked your Purchase history?

Did you recently download an App which may have had a free trial?


Provide some context and details and someone may be able to help.
