I received a phone call yesterday that I am pretty sure it was a scam. They said my apple id was being used in Russia. If this wasn’t me, I would need to log into a computer while this person was on the phone with me.
I don't think it was hacked, but follow up like this.
Check your Apple ID device list (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205064) and remove any device that shouldn't be signed in using the steps in the link.
If there are none that shouldn’t be signed in, then you should not have a problem at this point. But, if an unauthorized device is signed in, Change your Apple ID password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201355

I did change my password as soon as I hung up. And then, again after they had called back later on that evening. I also made sure I had logged out of all of my devices and have the two-factor Authentication turned on. But I am still worried that 'they' may have hacked my account.
Did you allow them direct access to your Mac? If not, then you're done. They have nothing.
Though they will likely keep calling as they now believe they have a fish on the line. Crooks like this also keep a "suckers list" going and share them with each other. You may now start getting all kinds of scam calls from various criminals.
No, I didn't allow them access to my computer at all. Although, I did tell them that I changed my passwords, and after I hung up I immediately added their number to my robokiller for spam calls. so hopefully this will stop anymore calls. I love that app.

It is a scam! Apple does not make such calls to customers/users. Apple will only call a customers/user if they have previously arranged a call from Apple.

Then you're done, other than being vigilant about any further such calls, emails, texts or messages. They are rampant.
